Overview

This website is operated by Taiguo. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and descriptions

We photograph our bags in natural light and describe them as accurately as we can. Leather is a natural material: grain, tone and markings vary slightly between pieces, and screens render colour differently. Such variation is not a defect. Dimensions are approximate and given to the nearest centimetre.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full, including shipping.

Shipping and risk

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and customs delays are outside our control. For full details see our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — product photography, text, the Taiguo name and logo, and the site design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to scrape or bulk-download its content, to attempt to interfere with its security or availability, or to post abusive, misleading or infringing material anywhere on it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
