Every Taiguo bag starts as a single hide. We cut the front panel in one piece so the grain runs unbroken, then edge-paint and burnish by hand — the step most factories skip because it cannot be automated.
Runs are small and released monthly. When a colour sells through, it is gone until the next hide arrives.
